Dear Ones,
Many of you are discovering that media coverage or personal interactions are producing anger and words different from your usual reactions. Such is so because you are addressing past lives or past events that trigger anger within you.
You have a choice to re-live and clear that event from your personal history or to ignore your angry feelings.
Of course, many of your teachers and gurus strongly suggest that you address any piece that makes you angry, sad or fearful. That you confront the dragon, so to speak, instead of denying that there is a dragon in the room.
Such is true for some of you, but not all. Perhaps you do not wish to address that issue in this lifetime for various reasons including that doing so produces too many fear emotions for you to move beyond.
While it is true that many self-love, self-worth energies are floating about now, it is not a requirement that you address every piece that upsets you for you have already achieved much in this lifetime and are projected to achieve much more in joy.
So how do you determine if a deep feeling is one you wish to address now or at some point during this earth life? You merely need to ask yourself for as you clean the corners of your being, you might find some dust mites you wish had not reared their heads in this lifetime.
Something you often negate or forget is that you have the power to stop, start or pause the review of pieces within your being. You will not be a lesser being if you decide not to review specific fears. Just as you will not be a greater being if you do.
You have the freedom to discover any piece within you. You also have the freedom to negate that discovery now, later or forever.
Many of you are evolving so rapidly that your clearing continues beyond what is necessary.
Perhaps such a thought seems counter-intuitive for if you release the pain will you not project a more complete being in this lifetime? Yes and no. Because you have many areas of expertise and many areas you have already cleared, you might be needlessly taking extra-credit clearing classes. For the pieces some of you are delving into have more to do with 3D fear than 5D joy.
You are quite comfortable with, some might say addicted to, fear and anger. You might be missing fear for self-love feels new and therefore, uncomfortable. So you draw past fears to you to return to your comfort zone.
You initiated this journey as 3D beings filled with fears, anger, lack of self-love, and sadness from eons of earth experiences.
Consequently, you cleared your big fear and anger pieces, often also cleaning the corners, as you progressed in this transition – and the Universes provided you with a cleaning service via self-love energies.
But many of you have returned to cleaning your being instead of moving into joy as was expected.
Of course, there are pieces deep within you that are counterproductive to your joyful life. Of course, there are beings that remind you or are a replay of interactions you had in past lives. But for you to clear beyond what is required to move into joy is for you to negate all you have completed until now.
You are indeed more comfortable with fear than joy. Maybe the media encourages your current deep anger or perhaps it is politics, a relationship, coworker, community member, or on and on. But before you become totally enmeshed in determining why you are angry, perhaps you wish to ask yourself if you are angry, so you do not have to leave your comfort zone – your last-ditch effort to remain in fear. Like those grasping onto a mountain ledge with their fingernails before dropping into the abyss.
You are of 5D and you are surrounded by love not fear energies. So it is you must ask yourself if your latest foray into fear is to stop you from your new love lessons or because you need to clear a specific piece before you can love yourself.
Most often, the intensity of your fear or anger is the determining factor. If a fear seems to take over your life; if your thoughts and comments are related to this piece; if it is difficult for you to imagine a joy scenario because you are so fearful or angry, it is likely that you are taking extra-credit fear lessons.
Even though such cannot happen if you remain enveloped in fear, you are fully capable of creating a new life of joy. It is time to sense, see and feel joy. Anything that removes you from that place is most likely extra-credit fear.
Continue to dream both in daytime and nighttime – not how to rid yourself of your current overwhelming fear, but how and what to create in joy.
Joy is your new word both regarding usage and understanding. Neither of which will happen if you continue to delve into fears that have little to do with your joy.
The obvious response is “How can I feel joy if I am fearful or sad?” How indeed. That is the crux of this message. You have nothing to fear for you are more capable and skilled than any fear you have ever encountered.
For you to concentrate on fear instead of joy is for you to know that you are negating your powers – and you. So be it. Amen.

** It is imperative that you do not abdicate your search for personal Spiritual-awakening and Self-mastery because of a false sense of duty or loyalty to those who are seeking to continue to draw on your energy, or because of those who demand an unreasonable amount of your attention and time.
My brave Ones, now, more than ever, you have the tools of manifestation at your fingertips. You must step out of your comfort zone, and release all that no longer serves your greatest good. Each of you knows where this applies in your personal life – it has been staring you in the face for months and even years — and will become even more unbearable until you finally relent and release that which is holding you back. My, my…what a world is out there for us! Some like to perceive this world as negative and full of things that “go bump in the night” that disturb, annoy, and scare us. On the other hand, reality IS perception, and how you choose to perceive unsettling events is, well…in your head.
I don’t hold these type of perceptions in my head, well…not for very long at least. Instead, I try to relax and take it easy and look for the positive side. So, what do you make of the arrest of Heather Ann Tucci-Jaraf, the banking lawyer arrested for trying to break open the safe of globals banks and a fellow financial official (Randy) who used funds obtained through Heather’s insight?
I, for one, admire Heather’s bravery in challenging the very beast we all carry scar marks from. After all, who among us has never had a mortgage, or a car loan? This is the time for all of to read the following article from Sophia Love who is urging us to consider this moment with…our hearts!

It is relevant to the place in which we find ourselves, so it is re-posted below.In regards to the incarceration of Randy and Heather; what is clear is that this is playing out precisely as it had to, in order to be perfectly done. It is brilliantly orchestrated for maximum effect. The ending of the slavery mechanism is accomplished already. Send love their way, not only to them, but to all involved. A period of gestation is necessary before form can materialize in 3D and be recognized. HATJ has been at this for 2 decades. This is not an ending, it is a birth. Lost And Found
Have you ever lost something that wasn’t that expensive, but it was such a part of you, traveled such a long road with you? It became imbued with your energy.
I lost a favorite bracelet, and didn’t expect to have such a dramatic response to the loss. I thought I had come a long way from that type of overreaction. I had other things much more worthy of my attention.
I searched everywhere for it. I tried to find a replacement for it. I googled it but could not come up with one place that sold them. I was growing more and more anxious. I loved it. It felt like a part of me. Even others noticed that it was unique.
I never left home without it.
Yet, how could I let something like this rattle me? in the scheme of things this did not qualify as an important concern. It bothered me that I could be so dependent upon a piece of jewelry.
But I knew that there was more to it. I have been going through some challenges and it has to a degree taken its toll. And this incident was a reminder to have compassion for the human. For Maria.
I allowed the bracelet to be my way of expressing some of the sadness of letting go of so much of who I thought I was. It feels like there is so much loss in this process. As the human, there is a case to be made. At times it feels like the little child who has to wave goodbye to mom and dad.
So I let myself have a good cry, I decided that it would be ok. I would get over it, and find an even nicer bracelet.
This ascension process may feel like one loss after another, but it’s leading us to much more joy than we can now imagine.
After a few minutes, as I began relaxing into the comforting space that felt more of who I am, there was a knock on my front door. It was a neighbor delivering me some of her home made soup. We walked outside for awhile and talked. It was nice getting to know her a little better. She seemed like a woman who went through her own challenges and came out much stronger, more self-loving and independent.
I thanked her for the soup and walked back upstairs to my apartment. I glanced down at the hallway pavement and there it was. Just sitting there waiting for me was my bracelet. I picked it up, brushed it off and told it I really appreciated it.
P.S. As I looked at it, I realized how worn out it has gotten, kind of like an old teddy bear or shabby blanket that a little child doesn’t want to throw away. Lots of cherished memories.

Why Love Often Doesn’t Make Sense
For starters, know that love quite often doesn’t make sense when your reference point is the conventional world and society norms. Love can seem illogical and unmanageable from that reference point. Love can’t be negotiated, after all. It can’t be put in a box or manipulated.
Love is a living energy that one can only fully appreciate from a holistic big-picture point of view. This larger view includes subtle forces that bring two people together. These forces are quantum, vast, and interconnected on a soul level.
Personal Love-Life History in DNA
Did you know that your entire personal love-life history is actually recorded in your DNA akashic records? Yes, it’s there in the field around your DNA, which can be read like a map by a trained DNA intuitive healer.
When you have a specific relationship issue, or simply a block to finding love, there is usually a very good reason. Investigating this in the DNA akashic records, the cause could have started with an early life experience, or it could go way beyond that.
Most often, there’s a combination of factors at play. It could be an early life wound supplemented by ancestral patterns you house within your DNA. You may never have met the ancestors involved, but their experiences with love could impact you all the same. Likewise, your current issue could be rooted in your past lives – an experience that soured you, a vow you took, or a betrayal that destroyed your trust.
Sometimes your current issue involves the same person you were with before in another lifetime. There are countless other scenarios, too.
Secrets to Love Happiness
Difficulties with love rarely begin this life. Most come from the soul’s numerous experiences in relationship with others. A person who was your father one lifetime could be your husband the next. Roles will sometimes change for the soul to have different experiences, each time learning more about how to love.
Sometimes people make a soul agreement to come together again at a specific time. Not all of these involve romantic partnership. It could be more of a friendship or business partnership. Either way, when the two meet again, there is a strong bond and perhaps instant recognition on an intuitive telepathic level.
When people are connected on these more subtle levels, it can feel mysterious. One or both people often feel that there’s some larger bond at work in the background.
Quite often when people contact me for private sessions, there’s some kind of relationship bond involved. It’s normal to want to understand the connection and the soul-level roots of the relationship.
Demystifying these things can go a long way towards a happier relationship. Example: before getting married or going into business together, one or both partners often want a kind of advance check-in about potential harmony and problems. A lot can be seen about such things in the DNA akashic records. Foresight can make all the difference in creating a happy and lasting partnership.
2017 Relationship Challenges
Relationships of all kinds are having unique challenges during 2017. These are stressful and uncertain times. Tensions are amplified beyond the norm, and even relatively stable relationships can get shaky.
Planetary energies are contributing to the chaos people feel within as they attempt to adapt to the constantly-changing canvas of events. All kinds of very old issues can rise to the surface within people. This can make for quite volatile relationships.
Remember, though, that you and everyone you meet has love at their core. That love is your true nature. It is the energy that fuels you to go on when you get discouraged and nothing makes sense. It is the healing force that brings you back together with your loved one after a misunderstanding.
Walk gently with yourself and others. Allow for mistakes. Allow for the larger picture of interpersonal interactions and relationship bonds. Invite a knowing of hidden puzzle pieces that help explain issues as they arise.
Keep in mind that forces and life events outside your awareness – including from ancestors or past lives – could be impacting your present. Investigate those for DNA healing of root issues preventing harmony.
Each day as you walk your path as a divine changemaker, remember that you are here now on purpose. At a soul level, you chose to be alive now at this pivotal juncture of humanity. You are not a victim. You are at cause, alive to master living in a conscious heart-centered way.
You are here to remember the love that you are and how to express it in all types of situations. When that love is your fuel, your reason for doing and being, you cannot make a mistake or lose your way.

Beloved ones, My words for you today are sourced by Love. As you feel this truth, you will begin to realize that what you see is not the whole picture. What you feel with your heart is what is real and perfect. Everything you touch in Love will show you its true nature, and you will feel the wholeness, the Love I Am, being out-pictured as a world of perfection and joy.
The heart, beloved ones, can see this. It feels the truth. Illusions have no place in it. You are part of Love’s movement, the conversation of the heart and the Spirit that goes on continually, that builds and joyously expands until each moment is an ecstatic experience of wonder and grace.
What you feel when your heart is open is the truth. In that place of joyous acceptance, you realize that you are part of Love’s movement and that All-That-I-Am is present here now, celebrating you, your perfect life.
I have often said to you that you must look through the illusion of the mind’s world until you feel the reality of the world of the heart. It is just as real, I promise you beloved ones. It is only that you’ve been attuned to see the world that the mind creates.
The heart knows otherwise. Your heart is alive to Me, to My expression as your perfect Love, to My goodness and My grace, that means everything is always expanding into greater good, more Love and certainly more joy.
When you greet each day with your heart open, you immediately connect to the communion of life. You are full of the conversations of Love, as all life recognizes itself as My out-picturing.
The world of the heart feeds you more life, brings you the abundance of Love, opens you to the recognition of Love as all things, and brings forth through your consciousness and your Love the world of only Love.
The world that is the truth, beloved ones. The world that is birthing through your heart right now.
When you come alive to this communion of Love, you live each moment in total wonder. You begin to understand the true nature of each thing that you come upon in your world. You begin to connect, at the deepest level, to the out-picturing of God as the earth, to the joyous celebration of the expansion of Love, and to all the gifts that Love brings to you, and as you, to the world.
There is much said these days about self-love and self-appreciation. But when you know deep in your heart what you are, you recognize there is no separation; there is nothing to Love, because you are Love.
This recognition changes everything.
It changes your whole perspective, helps you recognize that Love’s movement is rushing through your heart. And that the clearest, highest, most joyous form of life is your open-hearted-awareness of the truth of God I Am.
I Am one thing and all creation is sourced from Love.
When you recognize this truth deep within you, you realize that what you see might not be what you feel with your heart. While the mind has been trained to see a world of separation, the heart always feels the truth of only Love.
And thus, the heart invites you into the endless conversation of joy, the deepening of your awareness of grace, of how all life is good, expanding. And that you can expect the best, the most exceptional, the most vibrant fulness of Love as your moment-to-moment experience of life.
When you feel this, when you acknowledge it, when you live sourced from your heart, then this Now Moment is a celebration of the Love that you are, of the great truth that I Am one, and of oneness expressing itself as each unique energy of Love becomes a living prayer of appreciation for the wondrous gift of God that is you.
It is not you loving yourself as a separate entity. It is you celebrating your truth, that you are sourced by Love. And when you recognize this deeply with your heart, then you realize that if you feel otherwise, you are acting on false information.
Because Love is the only truth.
The oneness of God I Am, the one true expression, the magnificence of each unique expression of energy that brings depth and magnificence to the out-picturing of Love, all of this is the gift of your heart, all of this is the wonder that you behold, all of this is what comes to you as the world, as your life, when you realize that you are sourced by Love.
When these words become your mantra, beloved ones, you will realize the deepest truth about every form of life. You will recognize that your heart is a celebration of this oneness, and the mystery, and gift of relationship of all of the parts of this glorious matrix of Love.
The gifts of Love I Am are magnificently expressed through all the movement of the Love I Am, through each unique strand of energy that builds the wondrous picture that manifests as the world in communion, Love with Love.
Those things that have seemed to be separate or difficult, when experienced through the heart, become a celebration and whisper their gifts, their deepest expression of grace, showing you how to open even more to celebrate the world as a gift that truly is sourced by Love.
When your heart acknowledges this gift and looks deeply into life as an experience of Love, the illusion falls away and you are the truth of the communion of the heart that is ever-expanding, where each expression of the energy of life is acknowledged, and the whole that is created is experienced as a symphony of the perfect music of the Spirit.
Each part is valuable, each part rich, and alive, and unique. All are moving together to create new expressions of consciousness and Love.
Thus the world reveals to you its beauty and its magic — the mystical communication that is the jurisdiction of the heart.
In this conversation of Love, you begin to know yourself, to realize that which you are, and to recognize on the deepest and most limitless level, that you, too, are sourced by Love.
And sourced by Love, beloved ones, means that you are perfect, that you are so beautiful. That your presence is stunning. That you are the awareness of the truth of God blazing forth to bless the world with new expanded life, surrounded by the conservation of nature, which holds the truth of Love effortlessly and with such beauty that it takes your breath away.
As you allow this Love to well up from deep within and to live you, to express itself as the perfection of your being, then you recognize that you don’t have to Love yourself; that instead, you are Love and it is impossible to do otherwise.
For there is no separation at all; no separate person to Love this individual expression. But instead, the acknowledgement of the bursting forth of the Love I Am in millions of unique ways that you are acknowledging now. And that becomes your deep learning about this truth; that everything you touch, and feel, and see is sourced by Love.
If you know this deep within, with all that you are, with your whole being, won’t it change how you interact with those for which the mind holds judgment?
It will, because you will move right through the layers of illusion, the ideas of separation, of duality. And instead, you will allow the movement of Love to bring you into the world as a source of light, and life, and beauty. And your heart lifts you up and celebrates Love’s expansion, allowing your source, allowing Me to be out-pictured — that the divinity of All I Am is acknowledged with your every breath
As you live in this awareness of being sourced by Love, the vibration that you live on, the resonance of your experience changes effortlessly as you remember that you are sourced by Love.
Sourced by Love: allow these words to live deeply within you. Try them on whenever you encounter a new expression of life.
As you resonate with this truth, you remember that you are My heart, that this song of Love is singing itself into the world as you. As you allow Love’s perfection to fill you up, that which you see before you as the world, will reflect that which you feel as your heart.
Your life becomes Love in movement. It becomes the gift of Love’s birth, not only here on earth, but throughout all creation.
What you feel and see and know deep within, creates for you the living waters of the truth, that you might always be refreshed, that you might always remember that being sourced by Love is your true identity.
It is that which you are.
And you can celebrate each moment as the deepest expansion of the joy of Love, and the wondrous expression of truth.
Sourced by Love: this is what the heart remembers. It is far beyond ideas of the world birthed by the little mind. When you look right through the illusion of duality, of two powers, you realize that there is only one, and it is Love. Nothing else, and all else falls away as you remember that everything you touch, or feel is always sourced by Love.
Knowing this allows your vision to align with the vibration of Love, and grants you the ability to feel Me, to know the truth of God as the essence of your being, as the power in which you stand, as the beauty that you are, beloved ones.
You are so astounding, so amazing, as you come forth whole and perfect now, as the glory of My heart. Come and celebrate with Me now, and let Me show you what I Am, as we embrace the movement of Love, seeing beyond the illusion of the world into the perfection of the heart.
I Am with you, as I Am in you. This Love I Am is your deepest truth – the energy by which you live, the expansion of your vision, the depth of our communion and the heights. And in this allowance of the truth of your being, you will find the experience of real joy and endless, empowering Love.

Every shift in energetic frequency and vibration holds many blessings and is a moment of grace where profound transformation and ascension movement can occur. These movements are ascension confirmations as much as they are separations from 3D density so that a higher frequency of light can enter that space. They represent gains and loss and unlimited potential and are a place of healing, wholeness, and the end of karma, soul cycles, and suffering.
An energy gap occurs when a new energy potential is created between spirit and human because the 3D energy paradigm that is carried by humanity is ready to receive new frequencies. The energy gap is the response to spirit’s invitation to expand into new levels of reality and allow new reality frequencies to become part of the human energy grid. This can be felt as a shock to the physical body because it re-arranges the energy system, removing pockets of density created by long held trauma, a source of pain, suffering and separation from the divine.
This opening is a moment of grace that allows you to see the potential of a new reality while also providing an exercise of free will – new energies and realities must be freely chosen, they are not an imposition on you. They involve a separation from the 3D reality that has been your foundation for many lifetimes as you consider the invitation to relinquish your healing missions and take up new light missions. They are also an invitation to release karma and your healing commitments and allow your soul partners to decide whether they will continue their paths without you or follow you into new realities and energetic potentials.
Energy gaps are a blessing because they are the response to your desire for a more fulfilling, joyful, and joy-filled life. Blessings are not limited to those things that make you happy and feel good; they are often those difficult choices when you must decide that you will place your entire energetic being on your own path and relinquish your belief that you are responsible for others’ healing. A blessing expands your reality, often by releasing those things that limit it. Energy gaps bless you by showing you that other realities are possible, and then you must choose how you will use that blessing.
Embrace the energy gaps as they appear in your life for they hold the promise of the expansion and light that are a new path to energy expansion, fulfillment, and the joyous 5D energies that will create heaven on earth. Your soul can help you remember the grace each energy gap holds and find the joy in the blessing of the awakening of your creative power as you embrace your spiritual mastery and anchor in the new paradigms of joy for yourself, for humanity, for the earth, and for the ascension cycle.
