In this video, we focus on the energy of LOVE, as we are firmly anchored in the creation stage of our new reality. This new energetic downpour wants us to acquiesce to grounding it in our reality. All resistances are, therefore, and may result in anxiety, irritation, anger, and the projection of these on others. Through mindfulness, we can address these accordingly and understand what is no longer ours, releasing the obsolete and embracing LOVE (for self and another) as a new core belief fully.
