In the heart of the woman is the daughter, waiting to be adored by parents who feel and WANT her. This inner daughter sits often in shyness, cast into the shadows to remain ‘safe’, not able to come out and play. She is freeze framed in her sadness, ‘stuck’ in the scenes that bring pain every time they are replayed by her mind, which is just trying to ‘clear’ them out.
Her voice is suppressed; her innocence is buried under shame; and her self consciousness leaves her unable to break free from the protective energies that judge and criticize her. She is a child without direct access to the JOY and magic that lives inside her as a seed that needs the water of LOVE to grow and bloom.

Question: What is the purpose of spirituality and is there any ending point of evolution or consciousness? Is it something like freedom? Where is it all going?
Mary Magdalene: From the Feminine point of view, the purpose of spirituality is to feel a whole lot better than you do right now! (Laughs) That’s why I was laughing.
Can you imagine feeling absolute bliss, absolute love all the time? Would that be attractive? I imagine so.
I will let Yeshua speak for the Masculine point of view.
Yeshua: From the Masculine point of view, nothing is more wonderful than abiding as pure consciousness.
Ultimately, there is absolutely no difference between the pure Feminine of absolute love and the pure Masculine of complete consciousness. They are two sides of the mirror, two sides of the coin. You are always already both.
In some sense there is nothing to attain, as many of your spiritual practices have suggested.
But you have all chosen to come into this manifest form, where your consciousness is limited. You consciously chose and through that choice you manifested. Now your consciousness is reflecting the manifestation that you chose.
This is a bit of a sticky wicket, you might say. There is a part of you that remembers something higher. That part of you is your higher self. That part of you is calling you to change your consciousness, and through that your manifestation. It is also calling you to change your manifestation, and through that your consciousness.
Your higher self is calling you to this spiritual process. All are called. All are actually responding in their own way and their own form, which is right for them at this time. It is for each of you to respond. You can’t help but do it. You are doing it.
Yet in the third dimension you have free will. So part of your journey in this third dimension is to engage your free will to support this wonderful process of uniting in and as God. It doesn’t make sense to your mind. I recommend listening to your heart and your consciousness. Let that be your guide.

After months of intensity, you may feel like you need a long vacation and regrouping at this midpoint of the year. To be sure, the unusual has morphed into the usual and what before had been unthinkable is showing up with regularity. In this article, I’ll give a higher perspective of what’s really going on and some key energy cycles you will want to know about in order to fully tap your power to create your best life.
General Background
A peek these days into any family’s living room, company lunchroom, or communal gathering place reveals an abundant display of emotions as people discuss issues of the day. This is the case even with people who don’t typically respond with emotion. The feelings may be communicated with words, silence, or actions – they are there all the same and quite often amplified. If you are sensitive and walk into a space with this dance of emotions in play, it can be quite palpable.
Why all the emotion and why seemingly all of a sudden are so many people angry in a very public way?
The first and most obvious reason is a general feeling of uncertainty, dissatisfaction, disenfranchisement. Many people feel left out of society, angry that their rights and their future well-being is not being safeguarded by those in power.
As for the public airing of feelings, we are seeing more of this in part because of social media. Some people who previously only expressed feelings 1-on-1 are now turning to social media to express how they feel and think. Given this trend, people now can tune into a global pulse of society – people in London instantly knowing how people in Lisbon or Los Angeles feel and think about things.
Because of the current planetary energies, amplified feelings and a general state of unrest are going to be part of our daily experience for a while. Continue reading for more specifics and some simple things you can do to find your center and create new openings in your life.
Navigating July Twists and Turns
As we begin July, some harsh energies involving Mars and Pluto could stir lots of emotional undercurrents and lead to outbursts or meltdowns. By the time of the July 8-9 Full Moon, too, it will be helpful to stay present and in your heart as you and others around you move through a rebirth passageway catalyzed by the volatile energies.
These are excellent moments to inquire within about what you really want to be creating – and who you want to create it with. The more self-honesty you can bring to this inquiry process, the more powerful rebirth you can have. Don’t hold back or set limits based on what you did before or what someone else said you could do.
As a divine changemaker, you are in the driver’s seat of your own changes.
Regardless of what is happening in the world, remind yourself daily that you have a unique destiny and a significant contribution to make to this world. Do not let disturbing outer world events stop you from taking actions that help you manifest your dreams.
By the time of the July 23 New Moon, you will have more opportunities for a potent rebirth and connecting with your passion. You want to tap that passion to create in new ways. Don’t be afraid to experiment and make mistakes. The only real mistakes are the ones involved with inaction at important gateways of opportunity.
From a big picture perspective, consider that July is a month with vast potentials for healing and leaving behind antiquated ways of being. A good place to start is clearing of dysfunctional patterns housed in your DNA akashic records.
Use the energies of July to help you get your bearings and tap into some fresh approaches. This combination can help you to elevate your life expression above the mundane and into a quantum array of potentials.

ARE YOU READY FOR LIBERATION?
Remember, my brave ones, you are living in the midst of Eternity. The messages of cosmic wisdom we bring you are not to set more rules or create new dogma. Our intention is to set your hearts afire with love, and to give you a glimpse of the glorious future before you. As more and more of the masses are feeling a discontent initiated by their Soul Self, it is vital that the Wisdom Teachings of Ascension are studied and shared with those around you. You, the awakened STAR SEED, are the ones who will now spread the emerging WISDOM TEACHINGS of the future.
Once again, allow us to give you an example of what is occurring as you traverse the path of en-Lighten-ment. You have heard that there are many mansions in heaven, which in truth, are the many Dimensional and sub-Dimensional realms of manifested Creation. During the era that has now come to a completion, much of humanity’s reality has been composed of a combination of Third- and Fourth-Dimensional frequency patterns made up of his/her individual past and present beliefs, actions, and deeds. Residing within each person’s mansion of existence are all those people who are attuned to, and who are compatible with, that particular level of existence. They share many beliefs and function under many of the same limiting concepts: scarcity, guilt, fear of the future, and they are usually controlled by racial, cultural, religious, as well as traditional rules and standards.
In that reality, usually, the normal ego-driven personality has a self-centered sense of entitlement or a martyr, self-sacrificing complex with many variations and extremes. Those who function within this frequency level of existence interact with each other, choosing those who mirror to them that which they are lacking (usually in a distorted, exaggerated way). They usually are not comfortable with those who resonate at a higher frequency level, and even though they are dissatisfied, they have difficulty in breaking free and moving out of their dysfunctional life patterns – their perceived comfort zone.
As you eliminate old habits, beliefs and actions, you gradually return to harmony within the accepted spectrum of polarity/duality. With each higher frequency level you attain, you leave behind those situations, people and things that no longer are compatible with your new level of awareness and resonance. It often seems as if you have stepped through a new Dimensional doorway and a portion of the past is fading away. That is why many of you are experiencing the loss of friends and/or family members, and why you are changing jobs or beginning a new career. Many of you are also moving to new places, sometimes not really understanding why you have been guided to a certain area, but there is a deep inner-knowing that it was meant to be. Many of you are finding that the work you do, your recreational pursuits, hobbies and many things that interested you in the past are less satisfying, for they do not fit into your ever-expanding, evolving reality.
The multidimensional doorways of the past are closing, and the doorways of the future are opening at a faster and faster pace as the process of Ascension accelerates. The fear of change has been a major controlling factor within your conscious awareness for a very long time. In the beginning of your journey into density, you sought a great variety of self-expression and change, and you delighted in each new creation. It has only been during your earthly experiences that you have forgotten that you were a cocreator endowed with a full measure of creative abilities, and that you have a direct link to the Power Source of Creation, which has been named the River of Life/Light.
You, the StarSeed vanguard, who have diligently labored to refine the resonance of your physical vessel, and upgrade your emotional and mental nature in order to return to an accepted level of duality, are now in the process of clearing the residual, imbalanced frequencies within the three lower sub-planes – the astral planes – of the Fourth Dimension. You have refined your column of Light so that you now exist in a world of your own making, which consists of the four higher sub-planes of the Fourth Dimension. Most of you who have faithfully followed our teachings have tapped into a stream of frequencies composed of a variety of Fifth-Dimensional frequencies, as well as a small trickle-down stream of Light from the Sixth Dimension. You might say this is a new formula of Light/Life you are creating.
Within the ancient esoteric teachings was this puzzling concept: “When an initiate on the path reaches a certain stage in the Ascension process, there appears what is called The Dweller on the Threshold and the Angel of Presence. The Dweller on the Threshold is the one who stands before the gate of God and the portal of initiation. The Angel of Presence stands on the other side of the portal.”
Since so many of you on the Path are in the process of clearing the residual, imbalanced frequency patterns from the higher Third and lower Fourth Dimensions, the time has come for us to explain this important Facet of the initiation process. The Dweller on the Threshold is a Memory Seed Atom in which, over time, the remaining, residual, negative thought patterns within the emotional and mental bodies have been encapsulated. When you have reached a certain level of en-Lighten-ment, with your Higher Self as the director, the Dweller on the Threshold slowly releases these challenging thought forms into your conscious awareness, and then out into your world of form so they may be transmuted into harmonious frequencies of Light. The Angel at the Portal is a Facet of your Higher Self who stands ready to assist you through these intense periods of testing. The Threshold is within your Diamond Core God cell; it is the innermost portal that leads to your Sacred Heart Core where the White Fire Seed Atom of our Father/Mother God resides. Once you gain entrance to the Golden Sun chamber of the Sacred Heart, you will be forever changed, for you will have experienced the bliss of communion with your God parents.
It has become very apparent that humanity and the Earth are in the midst of an accelerated evolutionary process. That is the miracle of these times, beloveds. The Supreme Creator is radiating throughout the Omniverse the full spectrum of Divine Light. This powerful, pure Light is filtering through each Great Central Sun, the mansion world of the Father/Mother God of each universe − out into every level of Creation − so that gradually every Spark and fragment of Creation will have access to an appropriate level of Creator-consciousness. The Light of Creation or Adamantine Particles is being made available to every Soul that has ever been created; however, there are some rules that apply to this “Light Redemption” process: each Soul must prepare their vessel by lifting their vibrational patterns to a certain level of harmonious frequencies in order to receive these particles of God Light. And, you must remember: after receiving these particles of Light, they must be activated by your loving intention. Love is the power source, the generator of these precious particles from the Source of All.
Ascension is about lifting, balancing and harmonizing your vibrational patterns so that the many Facets of your Divine Self can descend and take dominion within your Sacred Heart core. As you delve more deeply into the wisdom of the cosmos, it is of vital importance that you maintain a state of mindful awareness. Humanity is emerging from a state of amnesia, or what could be called a limited awareness of Self, and of the complex vastness of Creation.
We have explained in the past; however, it is time to refresh your memory about what is taking place as you traverse the many levels and sub-levels of consciousness. As you clear the distortions within your auric field, there is also an internal process taking place. Your entire physical structure is undergoing complex changes, which are triggered by the higher frequency patterns you are integrating from the Creator Source via the great Cities of Light. Your DNA, your chakra centers, and your Sacred Heart/Mind contain your Divine Blueprint. As you integrate more and more Adamantine Particles of God consciousness, all the distortions/imperfections that you have created from the concepts you have accepted as your truth are slowly being rectified. Many of these distorted concepts are being filtered into your conscious awareness to be healed or eliminated. We understand that this can be an uncomfortable, disconcerting process.
You have a SACRED CENTER OF EXISTENCE within your Sacred Heart, which we have named your DIAMOND CORE GOD CELL for this sub-Universal experience. You have around you an etheric Third- / Fourth-Dimensional GRAND TRIANGLE OF EXISTENCE, which contains your Pillar of Light, and the Cross of Matter that you have created down through the ages. You exist in a GOLDEN OVOID (egg-shaped sphere), which expands and radiates more and more Divine Love-Light as you resonate with higher and higher frequencies of consciousness. The Adamantine Particles of Divine Light contain Living energy, which has been programmed for a specific Divine Blueprint. When you access that Living Light, you must activate it with your loving intention, and program it with the desires of the Soul, which are always in harmony with your Divine Blueprint.
On the material planes of existence, the Creator Light must be encoded with your Essence as a cocreator before it is ready to be radiated out into the world of form. It takes great courage and tenacity to become SELF-AWARE and SOUL-CONSCIOUS. A constant attitude of gratitude and thanks-giving is sustenance for the Soul.
You are becoming very proficient at analyzing new concepts, and the plethora of information that is now available via the empowering gift of discernment. Now that you are more attuned to Spirit and the voice within, you have the ability to quickly ascertain if a concept is in alignment with your inner truth. If it is not, it behooves you to discard it without malice or judgment. Or, if you are not sure, put it aside and ask your Higher Self to validate it for you in some unmistakable way. We are aware that you are being bombarded with many new concepts, some of which are stretching the limits of your conceptual understanding. Please be aware, beloveds, that what you are experiencing is all part of the reunification and ascension process.
Many of you are experiencing miraculous events in your lives, and we ask you to be bold enough to share these wonders with your family and friends. Do not fear ridicule or criticism; you will find approval more often than disapproval, and interest more often than disdain. The religious community, partially out of fear of losing their following, is beginning to incorporate some of the more moderate cosmic teachings. While it matters not how or why, it is all for the benefit of humanity, and it will assist in speeding up the transformation process of Earth and its inhabitants.
Examine your feelings of abundance and scarcity, beloved ones. If even one-quarter of the population of the world would believe, envision, invoke, and then work towards prosperity and abundance for all, you would see a dramatic turn of events as those who hoard the wealth of the world, and those who prey on the meek and poor begin to lose their stranglehold on the world’s economy.
Are you fearfully holding on tightly to and hoarding your riches? Beware, dear ones that your hoard does not melt into thin air. It is only a form of energy, you know. Energy is meant to be circulated, recycled − used, reformed, expanded and refined. That which you hold onto too tightly will dissolve before your eyes. A part of the Initiation process is to surrender all that you hold dear, all that you possess to your Divine Self, to the highest good of all. This does not mean that you will lose what you surrender; it means you are willing to allow the Divine plan to work through you, which is always for your highest good, even though it may not seem so at the time.
Do not be dismayed if your past is becoming only a hazy memory, especially the painful memories you experienced during this lifetime. It is time to heal and release the past, brave hearts. It no longer serves you to delve into past lifetimes in order to heal yourself or to try to understand why you are acting or reacting a certain way in the present. That is the old way. The distortions of consciousness you created in the past cannot exist when you fill yourselves to overflowing with Adamantine Particles through the processes we have taught you. These magical particles contain the pure / perfect Essence of the Creator, and will gradually transform / transmute any distortions in your auric field and your physical vessel. Slowly, but surely, the imperfections you have created both in your inner and outer worlds are being rectified. Remember, a slow steady pace forward on the Path leads to Self-mastery. It is the ego personality that desires more information and dramatic validation; it forever seeks excitement, drama and sensationalism. It has taken a very long time for the Earth and humanity to reach the present state of imperfection that is now so prevalent. The level of transformational progress that has been made by you, the earthly Legions of Light, in such a short time is truly miraculous.
We understand that these are times of great challenge, and many of you are wondering what you are doing to deserve such painful and trying tests when you have so faithfully stayed the course. We tell you “Do not falter now, for as you face these latest tests with love and compassion, you will find that the Angel at the Portal will assist you to clear the way. With every challenge faced head-on, there will be miracles and blessings to encourage you to clear the remaining obstacles on the Path before you.”
This is a critical step in the Ascension process, for when you have succeeded in firmly establishing your Soul Song resonance within the higher Fourth Dimension, you will be ready to incorporate a larger measure of Fifth-Dimensional vibrational patterns. Before taking this leap in consciousness, it is vital that you have gained the discipline to stay centered within the required parameters of duality. Your abilities to manifest in the world of form will increase dramatically, and if you are not well-disciplined mentally and emotionally, you will create more chaos, which will, most likely, draw you back into a denser frequency pattern.
Brave bearers of Light, are you ready and willing to be a Pathfinder, to open the doors to the many heavenly mansions/Dimensions of Creation? Each Dimensional level will offer new opportunities, and will give you access to many new abilities and expanded wisdom. However, each higher level will also challenge you in many ways, and will require that you release those things which no longer serve your greatest good. You left many Facets of your greater Self along the way as you traversed the descending pathway into the lower Dimensions − you must also be willing to release to the past those people, ways of being, and things which do not fit into your present and future reality as you make your return journey into the higher Dimensions.
Beloveds, we are assisting you in every way possible within the limits of Universal Law. We are waiting patiently for you to join us in the various Pyramids of Light stationed throughout this sub-Universe. We have told you that you are not only creating your new earthly reality, but you are also creating your mansions in the Heavenly Dimensions. Greetings Beloved Ones,
This is Archangel Zadkiel, along with Archeia Holy Amethyst, and we greet you in Love and Light. Today, we wish to discuss the oneness of creation and its importance to the expansion of your consciousness.
All life forms begin with the Creator. Life is in a state of oneness in this undifferentiated form. Each cell carries the Light and essence of the Creator, and this is imprinted within the cell. This ensures that the consciousness of original essence is always within the cell.
As creation moved forward, the cells began to differentiate into separate characteristics according to the role they would play in the great web of life. Although they separated into many variations, they continued to carry the imprinted consciousness with which they were imbued prior to this individual separation.
Therefore, each life form has a consciousness, whether it is in a human, animal, plant, or mineral form.
Each life form has a great contribution to the overall success and harmony of the working of the Universe. No matter how large or how small, each organism contributes to the overall progress of life.
When each form moves higher in a progressive rate, the result is a harmonious rising of all life. In this ideal state, all life forms work together for the greatest good of all of creation.
This can be compared visually to a great web of Light or life, which encompasses all life forms. Each mineral, plant, animal, or human has a unique role and position on this great web of life. The web is glowing with the pure essence of Light from the Creator.
Movement by any life form ripples out across the great web of life and affects all other life forms. When the intent is for the greatest good of all, a sense of harmony prevails, and all life forms thrive.
There are many ways to increase these harmonious vibrations across the web of life.
One way is to practice the Golden Rule with all life forms. Do unto others as you would have them do unto you. This means to honor each life form for the role it plays in the greater harmony of life. As you consider the role each life form plays, you develop an appreciation for it, whether it is large or small. You begin to treat it with respect and gratitude.
For example, you may admire the trees and thank them for the positive role they play in purifying the air and providing beauty and shade. You become aware of the many beneficial ways that animals help throughout the world. You begin to appreciate each part of nature as contributing to the harmonious movement of creation.
Your awareness then extends to your fellow human beings. You each contain a Spark of the Divine that connects you back to the Creator. With this realization, you are able to look past external appearances and send Love to everyone. Even if you do not agree with their actions, you can send Love to their Divine Spark within.
When you consider that all life forms originated from the same great Creator and that you share a common essence, you are able to look at life from a higher perspective.
When you view life as the great web of Light, you are able to see that any action you take affects all other life forms. You can see how each thought carries a certain unit of energy that ripples across the web. An action may carry an even stronger unit of energy.
When a thought is loving, it enhances all life forms. When it is harmful or unkind, all life forms feel this lowered vibration as it ripples across the web of life. This realization leads you to the awareness that each thought affects the whole, and you become more conscious of your thoughts.
Within the interconnectedness of creation, the actions of one individual can have a positive effect on the web of life.
When you send out loving thoughts, this ripples out to all of creation. Each form of life benefits. When you perform a kind act such as smiling at someone or holding the door for someone who is carrying packages, this is helping the greater good. The higher vibration of these acts sends frequencies that increase the Light in the web of life. Therefore, it is the small daily acts you perform that can help to elevate the consciousness for all life forms.
Each thought or action impacts the whole.
Beloveds, we are happy that you are expanding your consciousness as you consider the many ways you can enhance the greater good of all life in the great web of Light. We are with you as you send out loving thoughts and actions within the oneness of Creation.

The intensity continues as we move forward into July, we are continuing to be repositioned and shifted so that our energy bodies and our consciousness is congruently aligned with the new timeline architecture, as well as with the new energy foundation. As we continually undergo micro-adjustments in just about every area of our inner person and outward lifestyle, we are witnessing more of the mental patterns and archetypes from our past lives. As cellular memories are surfacing, they can reveal themselves as powerful and intense emotions, images or sensations that arise from within suddenly, as feeling associations are being reconnected.
These cellular memories are from both the ancient human galactic histories, other lifetimes as well as patterns we may have lived out in our current lifetime that may have contributed to fixed patterns of behavior. Many unresolved trauma patterns continue to cross over into multiple stations of identity, these are generally deep patterns of emotional trauma or negative behaviors that surface so that we may resolve them. They may be stemming from our multiple lifetimes, and the many human incarnation experiences where those same patterns were repeated many times without finding energetic balance or conflict resolution. The collective consciousness patterns which have defined who we are in order to accept the belief systems that have been imposed upon us, have been deeply disturbing to our core spiritual being. It is reflected to us daily throughout the macrocosm how isolated and divided we feel as a species, that the human race has evolved completely and utterly alone on this rock, disconnected and without contact from other species, as well as not knowing the existence of our spiritual families. As a species we have been handed many false concepts and negative archetypes that we have believed to be true about ourselves that define our sense of self in our human identity.
As a result, many people on the earth have been negatively conditioned to feel deeply alone, feeling unwanted, feeling they do not belong, feeling burdened by uncertainty and insecurity and believing that there is something wrong with them. When we feel deeply disconnected and alone, all kinds of disempowering thoughts and painful feelings can show up in our lives. When we can shift our awareness from purely focusing on ourselves and looking to the larger picture, it may occur to us that we are not alone, and that this thought form has only surfaced for us to see. An incredible amount of people, nearly all people have directly experienced these exact same thoughts, also experiencing these exact same painful feelings of isolation and disconnection from others. How many people on this earth are feeling this way right now?
When we realize that the pain of disconnection and isolation is the misery within human existence that stems from the negative mind control inflicted upon us by the NAA, we can begin to realize that we are no less than anyone else on this planet. Feeling deep grief, experiencing great loss and sorrow, the state of suffering, this is intrinsic to the general human experience in the current reality of which we all share and are a part. When we can actually see and feel into the collective consciousness that holds this overall collective mindset of disconnection, we can know that we really are not our thoughts and feelings. Did you choose these certain thoughts that surface into your mind? When these negative thoughts pop up in your mind without warning, suddenly surfacing from out of nowhere, observe them and look deeper. You will notice that some of these thoughts and feelings trigger you when they surface while others do not, there are thoughts that show up and they disappear just as quickly. All thoughts and feelings fade away from memory over time, whether you want them to or not. The mind control programming on this earth teaches us that we are supposed to be the content of all of our thoughts and feelings, and when these random thoughts suddenly show up, that they actually belong to us and constitute an essential part of our human identity.
Thus, all of these patterns are being refined during this time to give us the opportunity to see what we need to change or heal inside ourselves that we inherited from the collective consciousness mind control. This is a time where we must learn to create our new reality from an entirely new palette of color, creating new thoughtforms about ourselves, feeling deeply into the new emotional spectrums that ignite cross collaboration, co-creation and manifestation. The infusion of these new color frequencies are from the unity code harmonics, the trinity wave formats that create a base for the new energy platform, and this architecture is available to us now to help us build something entirely different.
As you study these old and painful patterns from the past you will begin to see them embedded as distortions that have great influence upon human consciousness, the 3D belief systems that have profoundly impacted the way human beings function in the world at so many different levels. The mental games and reptilian mind control programs that are running covertly within our unconscious self, those larger behavioral patterns that are set up by the death culture that has been accepted by mass society. All of the subterranean distortions of the upside down world are coming into blaring review for us to more deeply analyze in order to comprehend what is behind it and how it has influenced our lives. We have to see who and what is running a mental racket into the mental body of our unconscious and conscious mind, in order to become free of its negative triggers. A racket is a corrupt mental program running in our conscious or unconscious self that justifies itself into being, to protect the psyche from discovering its deepest and darkest fears. When the unconscious mind is running rackets it is very tricky and manipulative, trying to cover up the truth in order to continue to feed the ego programs for an emotional payoff. However, we are being pushed to clearly see these mental rackets running within our psyche, as the new energy foundation will not tolerate or support them. Running mental rackets is the antithesis to embodying personal integrity and authenticity. In order to be congruent with the core essence and the nature of our true self, we have to see the rackets that are bargaining with our ego in order to receive a mental or emotional payoff. Then take steps to remove faulty thinking and clear these mental rackets from taking control over our emotional state that influence the spiritual house of our inner being. When we are running mental rackets, we become the cause of our own mental and emotional suffering. When we can recognize that we are contributing to our own suffering by running negative mental rackets we can choose in every moment to give it up instantly.
Suffering is generated from focusing on what we want something to be, seeing the difference between what we want and what is actually the reality in this moment. The expectations of wants, needs and desires put projections onto something or someone that you want to be different from what they actually are, and this generates pain. When we want to force change upon another who is not living up to our expectations or desires, we may be feeding into blockages that make the situation of our own suffering become even worse. When we project our desires and needs onto others, when those expectations are not being met then people feel deeply hurt. And yet this hurt was produced from one’s own internal suffering by placing expectations upon another to relieve it, instead of finding deeper acceptance that allows each person to be who they are in this moment. When we find the generosity to hold total unconditional acceptance and love for others, we naturally find the same unconditional love and acceptance for ourselves.
If we want to be emotionally freed from feeling hurt and abandoned by other people, we must give up all expectations we have of other people, and find acceptance for them and the situation we may find ourselves in the moment.
Are you running mental rackets that are making you suffer? Mental rackets are fixed ways of thinking, being and behaviors that you refuse to change even if they are unhealthy or destructive to you and others. Fixed ways of being can be a mental program playing out certain archetypes or negative patterns, such as feeling victimized by something and looping into the victim-victimizer thoughts that generate repeated grievances and recurring complaints. If we have the same pattern of behaviors that generates recurring complaints about something or someone, then we have to take responsibility to change that mental pattern in order to begin to change the results that we make in our lives. Many people that constantly complain about the same issues and constantly feel hurt and betrayed by others, may not realize that deeply hidden in the unconscious mind, is a mental program running for an emotional payoff. There is a payoff for every emotionally driven behavior and thought, whether positive or negative, that can be used to manipulate types of responses that you want to get out of other people. We can choose to let them go once we have honestly identified the negative emotions that are repeating patterns, and then digging deeper for the emotional payoff that is received from that behavior.
When we are not self-aware and we continually feed into the same negative behaviors without making an effort to change them, we are continuing to feed into duplicity at the expense of being totally honest with others, with upfront and open communication. Sometimes these negative behaviors happen in our more intimate and emotionally connected relationships. Many people may not be aware they are emotionally duplicitous with others, and that is a seed of deceit that will generate a return of more of the same.
To go deeper and commit to let go of running mental rackets in order to receive an emotional payoff from them, we can spend some time to untie the knot between the negative behavior and the emotional payoff habit. Spend some time alone honestly assessing the negative patterns you may have running mental rackets that are tied to emotional payoffs. What’s important to recognize is that undesirable or negative behaviors are often associated with a mixture of wanted and unwanted consequences. One of the most important payoffs that is often associated with undesirable behavior is the reduction of anxiety and tension. There are many different types of undesirable and negative behavior that are used as coping mechanisms, that actually help people temporarily reduce their feelings of mental or emotional anxiety.
Once you have more clarity on the deeper reasons why this undesirable pattern has emerged, then find the vulnerability to share honestly with that person when you have noticed this dynamic occurs in that relationship. First, share the negative thought and behavior that has become a habit, once you have identified this happens between you and another person. Allow yourself to be vulnerable and reveal to this person the emotional payoff that you receive for using this negative behavior between you. Then commit to this person and yourself that you will not run this negative behavior and emotional behavior racket anymore to the best of your ability. Then declare to the person what is the most essential parts of your relationship that you value, as well as discovering the ways to build deeper trust together.
This is a time of Reality Check so that we can see what damage has been done that has left coping mechanisms and mental rackets, taking stock of what we have left to mentally and emotionally process, so we can live and speak in the deepest truth and integrity that we are capable of. Blind spots in our awareness or the perception that we hold of others that keep us in denial and living inside the deceptive psychological defense programs, or running mental rackets cannot continue. We are being rid of layers of drama, trauma and defense mechanisms that we have been operating unconsciously and consciously as the result of being a 3D human. Many of us on the ascension path may find ourselves deeply enmeshed in clearing these emotional and archetypal patterns now. It may show up as a part of healing the larger macrocosm mental rackets or healing something in your personal life, however the process of revelation is the same. All of humanity is subject to running these mental rackets and programs. This process can be painful as it requires that you give it all up at the Altar of inner spirit, nothing is held back, nothing is sugar coated, nothing is veiled from your ability to see or live by the truth as you know it. All we need to do is drop any resistance and let the circumstance self-correct as we participate by compassionately witnessing the pattern as it is being shifted or completely dissolved and removed. It is also dissolving the membranes that create energetic walls of separation that exist inside of us, so that we can be more whole within and therefore also be more whole in our interactions with others. This can be an intense time of spiritual awakening and expansion, so taking the necessary time out and being gentle and forgiving in these circumstances, is the practice of building energetic self-mastery.

We have some fantastic news to report. We are still in the GATEWAY of the Solstice Energy. Remember the Solstice can last up to 10 days before and after the actual event takes place. In this case with the Solar Eclipse arriving in August it will last much longer. This becomes a Gateway unto itself lasting through the Total Solar Eclipse of August 21st.
The PORTAL to Ascension is ONLY through the Portal to our Authentic Consciousness.
The Gateway that has been occurring and will continue to occur is all about returning to OUR 12D authentic multidimensional being that existed before coming into this Earth Plane. This is Happening NOW. We are transforming back into this LIGHT BEING. You may all remember my previous post about how this is occurring by retrieving lost Soul fragments.
As we step into this plane of higher existence, we have no choice but to embody our TRUE self. If you do not know who your true self is, it is the child you were before the baggage of others came along to influence, program and condition us away from our innocence of the Higher realms we just came from. We are now speedily returning to this innocent way of being. YES this is a big deal. One of the biggest changes to happen to us YET.
You will find in the beginning of your journey into your true self, glimpses of authentic self appearing to you in short spurts. This journey started for me last August and I remember how it came in. It came in with an edge through an ENERGY Wave which I posted an article about. It had an edge but it was also a gentle wave. I knew this was the beginning OF OUR JOURNEY HOME. Each WAVE we have experienced since this time has brought us closer to our genuine being and 12D crystalline core consciousness.
The Solstice Gateway has not been gentle in this regard. We are being pushed and shoved to make the change over to our 12D authentic embodiment. The higher dimensional embodiment is the childlike innocence- meaning a clear vessel we came in to this reality with along with the capabilities of traveling into the higher realms of 12D and above.
When you embody this new being within yourself, you will feel lighter as if a HUGE weight as has been lifted off your shoulders. You will feel childlike as if everything and anything is NOW possible. You will feel joy, bliss, love, happiness and contentment.
Look for this to come in short spurts because once again we our bodies and consciousness CAN not take on too much at one time. We as humans becoming Galactics have to go about transformations in stages and the more gentle the better. The galactics which are helping us with this transformation- know this. They know the gentle side to the human race.
The Pleiadians working with the Creator are the ones calling all the shots in this area of giving help to us through these waves we feel as they enter our consciousness.
When you first feel this activation, notice it and then act on it. Act your authentic self as long as you can. Feel the waves of lightness wash over you. You may feel giddy and other worldly. Try to bathe in this light when it comes in, this way you recognize it the next time and can hang on longer to this feeling. In the beginning it will come in short spurts which then start to last longer and longer over time. Eventually we will transform completely into this NEW Being.
To feel these activations as they come in and make progress with them means embracing the upgrades and understanding they are bring us higher vibrational upgrades to embody our authentic self. Here are some ways to embrace these changes in the Ascension Process:
You must be prepared and have the desire to make the change to a Higher State of Being. This means you are ready to move into the next realm of existence along with the Crystalline Earth.
You must be prepared to leave the 3D world behind. Yes this means all of 3D, you must be prepared to enter a NEW Crystalline World that we are creating.
You must be able to put your FEELINGS above everything else. Feelings in the 3D world are routinely discarded and judged by the conditioned as worthless. Yet feelings are the GPS of the Soul and the most important thing we possess. These feelings are Divinely aligned with the Ascension process, as we know to be fully authentic we must be fully in touch with our feelings.
You must take Divinely inspired action based on those feelings. You must be prepared to take action when needed to move into the higher realms of Consciousness.
You must trust that the Universe has your highest intentions in all things. Even if it looks like this is not happening it actually is. The Universe many times takes us down long and winding roads to get to our destinations.
You must be fully invested in the Ascension process. This means Ascension is not a part time hobby, it is what your life is all about.
You must have done the inner work on yourself to rid yourself of programming, conditioning and illusions. This is very important because all beings have been conditioned.
You must be actively searching for the TRUTH. Everyday you must make progress in the search for what is TRUTH and what is not. UNTRUTHS must be discarded other wise the consciousness gets confused about what is real and what is not. This stops REAL progress from taking place in the realm of higher consciousness.
Look for more high energy as we are now in the Solstice/ Solar Eclipse Gateway. Each day is a new day to pay attention to your feelings, be in the moment of NOW and feel those Energy Waves as they come in. They are here when they need to be which means, we must always be prepared.

This is not an Ascension Note; it is something I wrote that I intended for the Spiritual Musing page on my website, only it doesn’t work, so I’m posting and sharing it here:
What is the difference between wholing and healing?
Healing is an old term. It indicates that one seeks fixing from the “healer;” yet, unless the two are on the same vibratory level, nothing occurs. Wholing is the recognition that one is already whole in Truth. Wholing does not take Power from another, as healing does.
When a person seeks healing from another, they give Power to the one they choose to heal them. Wholing does not do this, as both are on an equal vibration. There is no seeking to be “fixed,” for both recognize that they are whole. Wholing does not take Power from the other, knowing that the other is capable of wholing themselves.
