People can hurt our feelings with a look, cruel words or behaviour. How we respond is about us not them. If you feel anger, release it, have a rant with a trusted loved one, meditate, exercise, get it out your system.
Hate becomes dark, nasty, sticky energy in our mind body soul system. It will corrupt us from the inside out. Hate becomes bitterness. It is sour and toxic.
We only damage ourselves by indulging it for too long. Step away quietly from the individual, create space between you. Protect yourself. To go back for more is to enable them and subjugate yourself.

Forty-four years after joining the European Economic Community, the forerunner of the modern day EU, Britain has triggered Article 50 to begin formal divorce talks with the bloc.
Appearing at the House of Commons despatch box for the regular weekly session of Prime Minister’s Questions (PMQs), Prime Minister Theresa May made a statement to MPs confirming the start of the two-year extraction process.
At the same time, British ambassador to Brussels Tim Barrow delivered a letter signed by the PM to the European Council President Donald Tusk in Brussels. Once it was accepted, Article 50 was officially triggered.

You Didn’t Come Here to Struggle: How to Allow With Ease: Today we would like to focus your attention upon the desires that each of you have. There is not a single soul on your world that does not have desires which they wish to manifest for themselves. So often we watch in dismay as you block these desires by creating resistance with your thoughts of doubt, worry and fear. There is a very common misconception amongst many on your world, it is the belief that you must prove your worthiness, you must prove that you can overcome obstacles in order to deserve all that you desire to create. We are here to tell you that you did not come here to struggle, you did not come here to see how difficult you could make your life, the universe never tests you and this is what we would like to further elaborate upon.
If there is anything we most want to convey to all of you it is of your worthiness. There is nothing that any of you can do to deserve anything less than the perfection of all that you are. No matter where you are, no matter what experiences you have manifested, no matter what choices you have made up until this point in time it’s never too late to make a new choice. You always have the ability to shift your focus upon something that delights you, something that offers you the feeling of peace, or joy and bliss.
So many of you believe that the universe is in some way keeping all that you desire away from you until you prove your worthiness, until you have proven that you are resilient enough, until you prove that you really do deserve all the good that you have yearned for. As if there is something outside of yourself responsible for fulfilling your dreams and desires. And to this we say, there is nothing further from the truth. The only one capable of keeping anything from manifesting is you. The thoughts you are thinking, the direction of your focus, the emotions you are choosing to feel are directly related to the experiences you manifest.
We will tell you this, the Universe is always giving you everything you are in resonance to, and there are no exceptions. So why then do you not have all that you desire here in your physical reality? To this we reply, because you are not allowing your desires to manifest. Certainly many of you are completely unaware that you are blocking all that you ask to receive. The Universe is responding to every desire, every need, every wish for something better, but you cannot see the signs because you are so focused on the lack of what you want. It would be similar to saying: I am watching channel 5 on my television, but what I really desire is to watch channel 10. If you don’t change the channel, you cannot see what is on channel 10. It is there, it is just as real as channel 5, but you can’t see it because you are not tuned into the channel you prefer. You just keep focusing on the fact that you cannot see channel 10. And so it is with the things that you desire. When you allow your thoughts to begin to focus upon what you desire, rather than repeatedly and incessantly focusing on what you do not want, you would begin to see the unfolding of all that you desire in such perfection you would be in shock by how easily everything began to flow into your life. Do you understand our analogy? You must be tuned into the vibration of creation in order to see the signs and impulses the Universe is always giving you. The universe never keeps your desires from you.
We watch as so many of you keep yourselves focused in such despair, such frustration because you feel as though you do not have any control over your lives, that you do not have the power to create your dreams because they have been absent for so long, when in fact a simple shift in your focus is all that is needed to allow your dreams to unfold in the most marvelous of ways. So many of you believe that you must persevere, that you must force your dreams into manifestation, that dreams are earned not given. If we could persuade you to focus more of your attention on what you do want rather than focusing on the lack of it, you would see how effortlessly things would begin to fall into place. We often say, you cannot focus on fear and faith at the same time. You cannot focus on the lack of resources while attracting abundance. Once you begin to deliberately choose your thoughts because you know you are the creator of your reality you will really begin to marvel at how much easier life begins to feel. You can’t focus on how hard everything is and expect it to get easier because that’s what you prefer. The universe is always delivering to you more of what you focus upon. Reach for the thoughts that feel good. It really is that simple. You never have to feel something you don’t want to. You say, oh but what about all these upsetting experiences around me? To this we remind you, your focus, your thoughts are always under your control and no one else can choose them for you. There is always something you can focus upon that delights you. Always.
You did not come here to struggle, you did not come here to prove your worthiness, nor did you come here to see how many difficulties you could bare. You simply came here to experience the exhilaration of creating all that you desire into a physical reality. But you have momentarily forgotten your divinity, you have forgotten how to play, you have forgotten that you came for the satisfaction of manifesting your desires. Life is not meant to be so difficult; you came here to have fun. Don’t worry so much about making mistakes, there really is no such thing. You will always have new desires, and it will always be incredibly pleasing each time that you allow the universe to deliver them. So take a deep breath and relax into the knowing that you are infinitely supported in everything you desire. You are always in control, you can create anything you desire; there is never a dream too big. You hold the key to all of your dreams. Begin to focus on what you do want rather than being so focused on what you don’t have. Feel what it would feel like to have those dreams now. What does it feel like to have your desires right now? Play with this concept and you will begin to see new opportunities flow into your life.

Happy Year of the Fire Rooster/Phoenix,
I trust you are injoying the new energies of this year and the beautiful upgrade we have all had into this year of stepping it up to the next level of awareness in the bigger picture and unified matrix of light.
I know it hasn’t been easy and with lots of integration from last year, as we have all had a full on Fire Monkey year in our own way for what we needed. I am a fire monkey so it was manic for me, with being homeless for the first six months then finding somewhere great to call home but moving in and next day off to Japan, I still haven’t unpacked fully yet as I only came back briefly to be off again to Sweden, Iceland, UK, then back and the South Island, NZ. With the first part of the year in Australia. But so much was accomplished, completing the foundations with the Light Templates and Shambala integration, ready for the next big shift into a new way of operating and even more powerful transformations, transfiguring, transcending the limitations for us and the collective consciousness.
I thank you so much for all your love and Being, as we have achieved so much together in the one heart with all our link ups, co-creating, intentions, co-working, networking, sharing, inner planes connections and dedication in loving service. With lots more to come, there are lots of new energies and new projects coming in at present and formulating.
For those that have asked me about journeys this year; apart from Bunya Mountains in two weeks I am planning a multi-d retreat at Arkaroola South Australian for the Wesak Full Moon in May.
Avebury and Scotland UK in September, Japan in November for sure.
With other new projects and bigger picture work I will let you know about in the next newsletter. I just wanted to get this out to you before the end of January.

The New Moon is always the time to go within, to the inner planes and parts of us that are hidden, it is also the seed of the new beginning. In Aquarius we can create new ways of thinking and being. A penumbral lunar eclipse occurs when the Moon passes through the Earth’s partial shadow, or penumbra. During this type of eclipse the Moon will darken slightly but not completely. With the Full Moon is a time of completion and celebration, in Leo we are opening our heart and aligning with divine will, trusting and surrendering in unconditional love, allowing our self to be from our Source as the Sun is in Aquarius and we open up to the new paradigm and allowing. Time to celebrate all we have unified and completed on our journey and simply BE.
Time to have a party and fun with the Leo energy we can warmly enjoy people and dance the night away under the moon.
This Leo Full Moon is a trigger for the Aquarian Age and the remembrance of why we are here at this time on Earth. Allow your cells to be open to the Moonlight as it awakens the DNA strands of the light codes you hold within you.
In my book LIGHT CODE ACTIVATIONS is a lot of information on DNA activations with several levels of mandalas and sound codes to use to activate the DNA and awaken your remembrance.
The constellation of Leo is big and holds many stars and galaxies, symbolised as the Lion and the brightest star is Regulus.
The star essence of Regulus is “I am the bounty and abundance of God’s Glory and gifts, a heart full of Divine Love and joy, the eternal flow from Source. The return of your strength through Love, your Golden Self and the Golden Age, the light of Source illuminates and aligns you.”
Leo is an important constellation in our journey now into the next cycle and Age of Aquarius, we have gone from the negative to the positive energies of Leo. My will and Divine Will to now balance them with Divine Will is my Will, as we are in a body moving into the higher dimensions.
Lunar Eclipses are working more on the emotions, inner and hidden aspects, you will be able to go deep not only into your own psyche and centre, but work with the Councils of Light in holding the Divine Source/Light portals worldwide in oneness and unity, anchoring into the denser realms and third dimension the higher frequencies and multi-dimensional worlds, the beam you hold the higher frequencies as we move beyond the illusion.
This eclipse is illuminating us from within and bringing clarity to see
and be our higher self/inner self and work in the Bigger Picture.
If you feel stuck look at your life from yourself as a Light Being and laugh and lighten up.
Also be aware that everyone in your life is there in a bigger picture sense as well.
Ask permission on the inner planes if you are allowed to be shown who they really are, and your mission together from the bigger picture and Greater Reality.
This will help to shift a lot of the old patterns and dramas that are no longer appropriate and be in a peaceful loving space with everyone.
In the Bigger Picture you may feel guided to be at a vortex point or sacred site as there is much occurring now with the grids and the anchor points of the old and new paradigms.
A shift is taking place and many portals and vortexes that held the beam in the old paradigm when duality was our lesson are now changing position as we unify and awaken our hearts to the love that we are. Some are still working and are being recalibrated. There is a lot of Light coming in with this eclipse as the Moon assists us to move through the initiations of the heart.
The Councils of Light are utilising the special energies of this Full Moon eclipse to illuminate us so we can easily connect into the unified matrix of Light, the Diamond Light Matrix.
Take the opportunity at this time to link up on the inner with all others known and unknown and be open to each other’s divine blueprint as we honour each other and our self.

An annular solar eclipse occurs when the Moon is too far away from the Earth to completely cover the Sun. This results in a ring of light around the darkened Moon. The Sun’s corona is not visible during an annular eclipse. The path of the eclipse will begin off the coast of Chile and pass through southern Chile and southern Argentina, across the southern Atlantic Ocean, and into Angola and Congo in Africa. A partial eclipse will be visible throughout parts of southern South America and southwestern Africa.

In Pisces we delve into the Cosmos and the spiritual depths of our soul, a good time with the Sun also in Pisces to explore the deep inner realms of your Being and yourself as One with the Universe. Open to your Celestial home and allow yourself to be open to your Hearts hidden depths and the Source where your essence gains its sustenance.

A Solar Eclipse of the Sun only occurs when the Moon is new, and when it is between the Earth and the Moon. This occurs because of the variations in the Moons orbit and its shadow is sometimes longer and its distance from the Earth shorter, this is when we have an eclipse. These are important openings or doorways as the Sun, Moon and Earth are aligned. The Golden Solar Beings use these times to infuse heightened Solar vibrations to the Earth. A Solar Eclipse affects the inner transformation as well as the outer manifestation, channelled either for destruction or creation, the choice is ours.
The energy of this eclipse is pulling at the Earth and our bodies and allowing the light to hold in the light matrix within us and the earth more fully.
The eclipse is going to affect life on earth in very deep and not so subtle ways. The strain will in some cases break open old wounds and deep hidden patterns, beliefs and cultural myths and thought forms.

27 FEBRUARY STAR ALIGNMENT OF DENEB IN CYGNUS
A star alignment is when the star or star constellation in question is aligned back into the earth plane in harmony with us. The Ancients knew the importance of the Star Alignments; as above, so below,
and star-mapped the Earth by building conduits to anchor the energy with pyramids, standing stones, stone circles, temples and oblique’s that held and aligned the particular stellar energies with the Central Sun in the core of the Earth, the Earth, and Heavens as harmony and abundance reigned. When we choose to go deeper into density and with the end of the last Golden Age and the Earth shifted then the star alignments also went out of synch. The stars have also moved since that time and so now with the return of the Golden Age, the star alignments are now happening again, anchoring that energy onto the earth plane and core of the Earth.
Deneb also called AlphaCygni, is the brighteststarin the constellationof Cygnus the Swam. It is one of the vertices of the Summer Triangleand forms the ‘head’ of the Northern Cross. A blue-whitesupergiant, Deneb is also one of themost luminous stars. Deneb lies at onevertexof a widely spaced Summer Triangle, the other two vertexes, that are both zero-magnitudestars is Wegain the brightest star in the constellation of Lyra and Altairin Aquila.
The Star Essence; “ Strength of your inner light, the doorway through into the higher aspects of self that are not yet grounded into the physical vehicle until the soul has moved through the 22 initiations. Then the doorway is open and ready for the awakened soul whose body becomes light. Deneb gives the strength of the light within the cells and body, the essence to with-stand this higher light and opens the doorway. This is from the 3 stars in the summer triangle, the first is Wega ‘I am Light’, then Aquila ‘I am the still point if the spirit’, then third is Deneb ‘the strength of the light to be held in physical form’…I am the light’.

No more veils. The inner and outer are merging in us and so the outer Earth; the third dimension is merging with the Inner Earth 6th dimension and eventually with us to the 11th Dimension.
This doorway assists in opening up the way within, to go deep within the self,
deep within the Earth and allow.
No more fear of the dark, unknown or death.
The Earthstar chakra will be activated in this unification as it is the gateway for the marriage of Heaven and Earth and it is the Earth that is our mother and gives us life.
Be aware of the blood that runs in your body and the blood that runs in the Earth.

In Virgo the Goddess energy flows through us and assists greatly with healing and being of service polarised by the Sun in Pisces the compassionate, cosmic flow of divine energy from this full moon is one to assist humanity out of their fears and the consequent disharmony caused by this. This is when the Light and Dark are equal in the Southern and Northern Hemispheres, and equal Light and Dark in the day. The energies are unified, Heaven and Earth, Spirit and Matter merge.
This energy is a powerful gateway for the transformation of humanity, and the opening of the Solar Self. Remembering the Sun is not masculine or feminine but unified energy from Source,
the Moon reflects the Solar Rays and illuminates us at night, notice how Golden the Moon is now days, and bright. In the Mayan and many Sun cultures the Sun is greeted at the Equinox at sunrise as we open our hearts to our Solar Self, the Sun within us, as we honour the Divine Creator, Infinite Spirit and the interconnectedness of all.
Where our peace within is merged through the Earth in harmony for all Beings,
as the Heavens are in balance with us at this time.
The Councils of Light are meeting at this time to bring in higher octaves to create another shift, if you are conscious of yourself at that level of your Being then be open to working with them at this time.
At the time of the Equinox when all the energies are balanced, amazing shifts can take place and doorways from higher dimensions within the Earth and Galaxy open.
Connect at sunrise, noon, sunset and midnight, and the exact time
if you want to experience the equinox energies and be an anchor and clear vessel in divine will and plan.
The Equinox is a time of balance and harmony and this equinox is an accumulation of all the heart link ups from light workers from this time and in other cycles. Creating a doorway into the New Earth; the higher dimensional Earth from the unified matrix of light that we all are, in our bodies now, and in our unified matrix of multi-dimensional light through all worlds and dimensions.
Allow yourself to be with the Light from Inner Earth Sun and meditate upon the higher dimensional New Earth, be open to the light codes illuminating from the Inner Earth Sun.
This is a huge shift and very subtle, wonderful if you are open,
loving and choose a world of peace and harmony for all beings.
The Earth and all on her are opening up to the fifth and sixth dimensions now and ascending, as the higher dimensional New Earth is filtering down through the dimensions; from the sixth dimension at the March Equinox 2006, where we opened up to the Sixth Dimensional Earth and our connection to the Inner Earth Sun became awakened more fully.
We opened up to our Earthsun Body, all our energy bodies one with the Earths energy bodies as the new light codes awakened more fully in our cellular memory.

To the fifth dimension on the March Equinox 2009, to the fourth on the September Equinox 2009 and on the March Equinox 2010 the higher dimensions anchored into the third dimension as we the Ancient Ones took on the mantle of our purpose for being on Earth at this time in a body as the unifier of the dimensional worlds that we hold the beam. The bridge between the worlds fully awakened in us and the level of the Iridescent Light Bodyas it shines bright and creates our life in the New Earth.
The higher dimensions of who we are integrate fully in us, grounding and anchoring through our bodies and Earth. Just as the spiralling vortexes of serpent life force energy spiral clockwise and anti-clockwise, from the lower vibrations to the higher and higher to lower. As we merge into one, no more separation, becoming our multi-dimensional self, embodied in our physical body and living in a higher vibrational Earth.
On the September Equinox 2012 we had another big shift and at the March Equinox 2013 we had new beginnings for us and the matrix.
Dimensions are levels of consciousness and the clearer you get the higher the dimensions you access, and the clearer your body and energy bodies get; they become lighter right down into the densest levels of your body, as you become yourBody is Light,.

The cleansing and anchoring of the new Light Matrix through so many incredible doorways in recent years. Please see Cosmic Alerts for more recent events that we are integrating.
Even though the dimensions have merged through the Earth and the New Earth is here, for most of humanity that is not even a concept yet alone a reality.
The matrix that held the ones that were controlling things on Earth for so long, and keeping humanity locked into the old loop of birth and death, and struggle and pain has been cleared.
The Light Matrix strengthened more fully to assist humanity to move out of the victim consciousness and into the realisation that ‘we don’t need to play the same old game anymore’, is going to be what this equinox is really about.
Through our love we seed the New Earth as the foundations have been established and anchoring further into the denser matrix, as the Earth opens up fully to the creation sounds from the void to new life.
We made the journey through the galactic plane and the stillness and void, out into the new creation on the December Solstice 2012 in the sixth dimension. Now here it is time to live it fully, you are in the New Earth right now, Shamballa, and the light civilizations from the higher dimensions are opening to us as we spend time over the next three days in meditation and inner journeying through the New Earth and experience it and the light civilisations integrating now.
Remember your connections to the light civilisations, cities and dimensional worlds from all cycles of Earth, they are here now as there are no veils. Be aware of what you need to resolve, remember the gifts you have to share and utilise.
Regardless of the fact you may not be able to connect to yourself in the Light Councils or other higher dimensional selves, take some time out on the equinox and following two days to just Be with the balanced energies and put out or write down what you wish to create for your own life in peace and harmony
and for the Earth and all on her.

The New Moon is always the time to go within, to the inner planes and parts of us that are hidden. It is also the seed of the new beginning and when the Sun and the Moon are One. In Aries with Sun in Aries we have some new beginnings happening here that are fully supported by the universe.
So focus on what you are creating for yourself as you step beyond your limitations and into the new you, alive, vibrant, rejuvenated and alive.
This New Moon is a great opportunity to open up to the new you, Aries tell us “I am that I am’.
You might wish to take some time to be aware of your body and do you love it as it is right now?
Do you love yourself as you are right now? Do you love your life as it is right now? Do you love the world and everyone in it as it is right now? If not then it’s just a simple matter of Loving and Accepting all the things you don’t love or judge. In your ‘I am’ state you see the divine within and without.
The New Moon gives us a boost with our courage to face our demons, and the strength to embrace them in love. Once we realise it takes no energy to surrender in love and acceptance to whatever is troubling us. Rather than fighting it or trying to work it out with our head, that can become draining,
then we become more heart centred.

MARCH 31 DIMENSIONAL DOORWAY OF COSMIC UNION
Since the March Equinox 2010 when the dimensional worlds merged with our third dimensional Earth and our third dimensional selves, this huge event has created a new light body, the Iridescent Light Body at 33,000 strands of DNA. Now we are given the opportunity to embrace and awaken more fully our dimensional selves and unify with them.
What was awakened with the dimensional union and grounded within us is now integrating and having a major change in our whole body and make-up.
You may notice how much you have shifted and how you are letting go all that does not fit into your Being in the state of stillness and no time, no space.
In other words there is no time for anything that is not in alignment with your divine self anymore.
You may be aware of some of your dimensional aspects right now
and of course in the bigger picture and Lore of One we are all of them.
On our journey to wholeness we are remembering the light codes we have always carried and that have lain dormant as they awaken at our own pace and soul journey.
With this exhilaration and doorway now happening you are able to access and awaken the light codes of very useful multi-dimensional aspects of self, that will assist you in not only your own ascension process of Being your divine self, but all humanity and creation.
Give yourself the gift of a day somewhere special to you and where you can commune within easily, whether it’s in nature, at a major vortex, in a temple or at home in your sanctuary.
You can awaken your remembrance of the Creator Goddess God you are in the bigger picture and beyond.
Because of your dedication to your soul growth and awakened Light Body you assist all creation and have always been connected to your higher dimensional aspects and they have guided your progress.
You may have felt you had Guides, Guardians, Angles or masters looking out for you but in the greater reality it is all you and more unified light aspects of you.
Now you can activate the light codes still dormant, that have given you glimpses until now and bring you into the hyper-dimensional realms of no time and space where you are beyond all limitations that have been placed on you by yourself and the old paradigm Earth dramas.
As you take your place in the Councils of Light and realms of Creation that see the Big Picture and allow you to hold the light codes through all worlds and dimensions and into the realms of matter
for the union that is taking place.

We have the opportunity to merge our own timelines and move beyond the limitations of time and space, out of the matrix.
In order to move out of the slave 2 strand of DNA matrix of illusion of struggle and suffering you need to embrace all of yourself.

Owning your dark and light to move out of the whole duality dance.
How do you do that?
The most important thing is to know who you truly are,
and the secret is in the breath; to breathe love and acceptance into these illusionary aspects that have sabotaged you and kept you in the program.
To finally get out of the control programme take a leap of faith and trust, the heart always trusts.
To step out of the matrix and trust you are abundant, to be in the stillness so what is yours comes to you, you don’t have to manifest things or make things happening.
That’s coming from control which comes from fear.
Allow, surrender and feel at peace and love and accept whatever your ego is distracting you with.
We can’t get rid of anything, it’s not about leaving the slave job you have or school,
but to love and accept yourself in it, then your inner self can shine through and the universe of unlimited possibilities, joy and life can come to you.
Not by trying to work out how that will happen in your head, but through surrender and allowing.

There once was a girl who could write

In March, I still don’t usually like to walk in the morning.
Even though I’m a walker.
I don’t hike or run, trot or dawdle. I walk for miles for the majesty of . . . walking.
No little music plugs; instead I keep my ears open for the sound of the woodpecker and the hawk, the trill of the mocking bird and the taunt of the squirrel. I listen to the scrunch of the leaves, the low roar of the plane above me, and the soft slap of my shoes on wooden bridge and wooded path.
