So many people –friends, clients, the collective, and myself included — continue to feel buried trauma, memories and emotions bursting from deep waters of the subconscious. Intense stuff, launching from ocean floor to the surface! Despite the Shadow nature of this gunk, I keep sensing waves of healing and liberation.

November had quite an accelerating feel to it. December will feel similar, though in general these months (I feel this in January as well) have an integration energy to them. There was a lot of change, especially internally, throughout 2017. November focused on a re-emergence, a birthing of the new. This will begin in the subtle first (as always) and start coming into physical form over time.
As the calendar year winds down, December asks us to renew and replenish within. The process of renewal is a blending of letting go and “taking” (action, decision, focus, fuel, etc.). The full flow of give and receive is a necessity in Life.

Multi dimensional veils thin affecting our senses, expanding our minds beyond the constraints of the matrix. We are walking a new path as cosmically evolving humans. Whoo,we interrupt this blogging break as we have big shifts happening. So if one is needing more sleep, feeling as if they can’t ground in a reality… well, perfect! I started writing this yesterday, realizing I do so clearly at times understand my role here and now. After not blogging for two weeks and lot of new experiences and then from meditation and reviewing my notes, I smiled. While I often write on the joy and bliss of this journey… I am also just as willing write about the work we do. So I am back and that feels good. Oh what would I do without writing. Well… 😊

A little over a year ago I had a doctor appointment…a follow up from a brief hospital stay in December. The doctor was explaining a murmur in my heart that I’ve had since I was a child. He insisted in drawing a picture of the valve not closing all the time…blah blah blah. He went into a lot of technical medical terminology that went right over my head. I had that look of numbness so he stopped being a doctor. He stopped and saw me.
He was very kind with his words. He said that I have the lungs of a teenager and the heart of a strong woman. He looked at me with the sweetest blue eyes and said, “You have a strong-fragile heart so we have to be cautious of what we put in your body.”

It wasn’t the traumas that occurred to us that affect us long term as much as it was our inability to digest those traumas.
Traumas are digested by a heart-open other being there to feel what we are feeling, while we are feeling it.
When that didn’t happen for us in our earliest experiences as our caregivers were busy nursing their own undigested traumas, and often were the source of new traumas happening to us, a part of us formed to shut down feeling.
This shutting down of feeling was the only viable option given the landscape. Even this is a loving act by a loving being inside of us. Lately I’ve been thinking about what indications there are, right now, of this impending global change. It didn’t take long to realize that signs of the shift surround us.
