Geoff West and I interviewed Sierra Neblina yesterday (July 27, 2012) on the pace of Disclosure generally and the significance of the Olympics for Disclosure. Sierra is a Pleiadian starseed with a braided walk-in and a representative of Earth to the Galactic Federation.
She revealed that the galactics are trying to push the hand of some government leaders to acknowledge that the time for Disclosure is well past. For the galactics things are just not going fast enough.
Sierra tells us that Earth officials have until August 4th before matters are taken out of their hands and pass into the hands of the galactics. Aug. 4 is the divine deadline for terrestrial leadership to impact events around Disclosure.
“There are different levels of energy being beamed towards the Earth and different alignments of planets and August 4th is one of those alignments.
Prior to August 4th, the galactics have not been able to just come down here and land. That would have been in violation of the human planetary evolutionary processes. Past Aug. 4, the needs of the Divine Plan for Ascension take precedence over the free will of the people opposing Disclosure.”
She said that time after time officials have sat on their hands after agreeing to plans. Now their hand may need to be forced if they don’t start to allow certain things to happen. The galactics have said to world leaders: “If you don’t get back on track we will use the Olympics for our purposes.”
She said that there were agreements to put the right people in the right place during the Olympics. The galactics work by setting up several different scenarios, rather than just one. It could be that an actual galactic person – a participant in the games – that comes forward to show their true higher-dimensional form during the Olympics or a ship lands during an event or sightings occur where newspeople are watching.
Sierra said that, “we’ll know when things are about to break when someone in the U.S. government steps forward with documents or it starts to come through the U.S. news.”
“There have been increased sightings for some time now. The quality of witnesses coming forward has been ‘incredible,’ she says. It’s happening a lot but it just isn’t getting to the airwaves fast enough. There are a lot of people filming right now but what they produce has not been allowed to come to air.”
“The galactics won’t be satisfied with a broadcast in which viewers are seeing something happen in a nebulous room. They want people to be able to see the ships in the sky with their own eyes.”
The U.S. and other governments have been given a chance to release the information that they have or the galactics will do it.”
Sierra said that a “go” team from the 2012 Scenario and InLight Radio will actually go on site and report developments. Geoff West has been given his early notice that he will be ‘selected’, Sierra felt such a call was imminent.
Apparently I’ll need to complete my process, which I’ve called “Absorption,” before I get the call.

Gibbous Moon Phase
The ancients taught that the Gibbous Moon phase was a time when trust in the processes of the Universe led to wisdom. A spectacular process of the Universe, the historic Venus transit of June 5-6, energetically begins today. Venus transits bring dramatic overhaul of relationships and values. Astrologically, Mars will square the Venus transit, which will produce “right turns” in these areas, often through strong forces of action, even aggression. The energy has been unusually aggressive since the New Moon and the Solar Eclipse - which was called the Ring of Fire Eclipse. The energy has also been exceptionally emotional, changeable, and mutable since then. Communication has also been the focus of challenge and the focus of release. All of this has been a set up for the Venus transit which will effect the microcosm of our interpersonal relationships and values, and the macrocosm of humanity’s relationships and values in a specific way: the status quo is going to change. Major corrections are going to begin taking place. Gaia-Sophia, the Divine Being embodied as the Earth, is going to begin making “first contact” en masse. She is going to begin a process of directly contacting each member of humanity. In other words, she is going to make her presence known. The effects of this will progressively change life as we now know it. How do we know this? Because the Sabian symbol for the degree of the Venus transit is “a woman activist, in an emotional speech, dramatizing her cause.” Gaia-Sophia is fully awake after her plunge from her Source. She has seen her shadow side and has re-connected with her power. Now she is ready to take control. We are blessed with the Divine opportunity to not only witness, but also participate as co-creators. It is our job to help this “spectacular process” by aligning our consciousness with hers – through play, kindness, love, beauty, and creativity because these are the qualities of her personality. There is around the world a sense of foreboding as it is becoming obvious from outer appearances that all is not well. Man has taken this civilization as far as it can go, and faces the slippery slope to oblivion. However, all of this was foreseen, and you have not just been left as you would say “to stew in your own juice”. Karma requires that you experience the results from the seeds that you have sown over millennia of time. Yet the Creator has no desire to see you suffer needlessly, and has given you the way out through Ascension. Those of you who are already of the Light need little if any guidance to follow that through, and are moving your consciousness to higher levels that will lift you out of duality. Your awareness is such that you are already on the path that is taking you all of the way up to and through the end times, onto the next stages of evolution.
You may ask what of those who are still slumbering or deny the truth, who also have the same opportunities as anyone else. We would say that very soon events will cause the media to take note of what is happening on Earth. There will slowly arise an understanding that the changes are going to be widespread, and not only that but will be the means whereby your civilization will take a giant step forward. Our allies continue to make progress in their efforts to bring an end to the activities of the dark Ones. Resistance is pushed aside as we are the ones in ascendancy, and some major coups could well open Pandora’s box and reveal those who have been behind the plan for world control. We are certainly closing in on those responsible, and for once money will not buy them a way out of it. So much has been revealed about the goings on that have taken away your rights, and bribery has played a big part in achieving it. Honest politics disappeared a long time ago, but that does not mean that there are not any honest politicians. Unfortunately their voices are often stifled and regularly ignored, but their day is coming very soon and be assured that we know each one by name.

For those of you who follow what is happening in the world, you cannot have failed to notice that our predictions as to the outcome are becoming your reality. The massive banking and financial problems are clearly heading for a crash, and there is no way to prevent it. You are living in a world that is in a state of chaos and steadily heading for an implosion. People now see what has been wrong with the old set up, but up to now have no real answers that will completely deal with the problems. A number of governments have collectively agreed to support a new approach to banking, but it remains to be seen who can galvanize them into action. This situation presents us with an opportunity push our allies forward, who with our help can outline what is necessary to move onto a new path that will solve your problems. There is also consideration to be given to the Abundance program that will follow such changes, so we are working hard to bring some semblance of order into being. Much of what is waiting to come out is tied in with the announcement of Disclosure, and that is ready and simply waiting for a firm date to be agreed.
As each week passes the need to get started with the changes becomes more pressing, but we do not want jump the gun after patiently waiting for so long. Once you have made up your mind where you are going, let no one divert you from your goal and know that you have been preparing for this period for a long time. You have come this far and should by now know exactly what you have been working towards. Your karma should to all intents and purposes almost be at an end, and in this lifetime many of you have elected to clear it away completely. Do not concern yourself if you know that there is still work to be done, as whatever remains at the time of Ascension can be covered by the Law of Grace and is not therefore carried forward. Because of karma, many relationships have suffered but please remember that once you have left this dimension you can easily come together again. You will accept that your Earth family were put in place for the outworking of the collective karma of you all, and once you drop your roles that puts an end to the matter. Families often incarnate together many times over, and as you can imagine play different roles even moving from one sex to another, and often reversing their roles. This is one reason why you should refrain from judging others, as until you return to the higher dimensions you will not have a complete picture explaining the “whys” and “wherefores” of your experiences. Be assured that of necessity you will at times have played a role as one of the dark Ones. This does not necessarily mean anything other than that you have had lives with negative attitudes.

Today is one of great importance to you all, and we are pleased that so many of you are participating in 11.11.11. that is only second to the 21st. December 2012. It does not matter where you are in the world, all of you can experience the high level of incoming energies. You can meditate on them for as long as you like, as they are not restricted in any manner to that special time, and will continue on onto the future. Do however, give yourselves a minimum of 15 minutes prior to 11.11.11. and fifteen minutes afterwards. You should sense the power of upliftment that it will bring and you will be helping Mother Earth if you channel the energy down, through your Crown Chakra and your body, directly into the earth. Depending on your present level of vibration the effect will differ from one person to another, but we would expect at least a deep feeling of relaxation and peace. As time proceeds, there will be more downloads ensuring that your consciousness continues to expand all the way to Ascension.
The world continues to be embroiled in the challenges that are facing Europe, but help from outside is extremely unlikely. It is an almost impossible problem to solve, as the vast amounts of money needed to do so just do not exist. It is far better to let matters take their natural course, that will see more than one country default on their loan repayments. Out of the chaos our allies will offer a new system that will overcome all obstacles, and a precious metals backed currency. It will carry you forward until such times as money is no longer needed. Remember Dear Ones, that you are powerful creators and shall move into a period when you will be able to create most of your needs. Clearly 2012 will be a remarkable year for changes to that which you have long been used to, and so raise your standard of living to levels that you would not have dreamt of previously. Events continue to move on at a faster pace than previously, and the world looks on at the decline in Europe that will have far reaching implications. The problem in finding a solution, is that there is insufficient money to fund any form of help or bail out. As we have informed you, the old system can no longer serve those countries involved and a new one will have to be found that completely addresses the problem. The answer is of course waiting in the wings, and our allies will present their plan at the appropriate time. Be assured that the inconvenience to you will be short lived, and we will be behind those invested with the responsibility to bring the new plan in. Change must come and since your needs were identified, we have enlisted the help of people of authority to carry it through with all speed. With matters moving very quickly, you need little in the way of information as to the outcome. It is becoming quite clear that the European crisis is far from solved, and the debt amongst that union is so big it can bring them down. Meanwhile the people are becoming more active than any previous time, and the pressure they are applying on the governments will eventually yield results. In the background we along with our allies are adding to it, and continue to make it clear to the dark Ones that their days are numbered. There is great instability amongst them and fear of the consequences of their actions. In their arrogance they never thought that they would have to answer for their crimes, but now it is becoming obvious that they will.
Our allies are ready to take advantage of any opportunity to push our plan forward. We are allowed to be forceful to remove obstacles in our way, and will no longer tolerate interference. The dark Ones have been severely weakened in recent weeks, and are in retreat. We do therefore feel that their resistance will be unable to stop our progress. You can expect to learn very shortly of further advances on our part. We have already removed many powerful people that have stood in our way, and will continue to do so. Disclosure as such is important to us but not as much as the subsequent developments, and the dark Ones try by any means to block the announcement as it spells the end of their covert activities. It is also the beginning of a closer relationship between us, that will see a great coming together in the Brotherhood of Light. We are therefore pressing our allies to commence Disclosure as soon as possible, but if necessary we will make it happen. We have long referred to the divine date for it, and that looms near so any delay will be short lived.
It is not that you will be unprepared for Ascension, as it has been happening for a very long time. Also once we can openly communicate with you, we will make the details clearly known to you. As it stands, those of you who have elected to ascend have diligently followed the advice that has been given. You have found your own path, and many already live their lives as one who walks in the Light. There are different ideas as to the way in which the end-times play out, but that is accepted as it is your choice as to where your journey takes you. Bear in mind that the 21.12.12 is a major upliftment, yet only the beginning of another cycle of experience. You have come to recognize ‘shifts’ within the planet and within the soul self. You have learned that once you have adjusted to the new place that you find yourself within after a shift has taken place … that you FEEL a little different. Not necessarily greatly … yet without doubt … you notice a slight change perhaps. We say to you … that were you to add up ALL of these so called ‘little’ changes, you would see the vast difference with ALL things. Is this not so?

Selamat Balik! We return in a state of joy! Progress is being made on many fronts as we put in motion the final directives which will shortly allow the funding to begin. Concurrently, a series of meetings have cleared up certain misunderstandings between our Earth allies and us. These discussions brought up a number of issues that were worrying several groups about how the announcement process was to proceed, and this led to some adjustments to our broadcast agenda. These hiccups are now resolved and we are ready to use our technology to hasten the next phase of bringing forth your new reality. Another matter that was holding things up was various squabbles over exactly how the lead-in to disclosure was to be carried out. In essence, it was all about priorities and how best to wrap up the removal of the dark cabal. Also at issue were various moral and legal points concerning the cabal’s final surrender documents, and this too has been judiciously settled. So now the stage is being set for the dark to remove their minions from office.
This present time has turned into an opportunity for us to review everything dealing with disclosure and first contact. The political system that rules your world is, of course, a construct of the dark cabal. Our craft are seen in your skies so frequently now, that Disclosure is hardly necessary where proof of our existence is required. The days of covering up our presence are pointless, and when some of your astronauts are prepared to acknowledge it we wonder what more the sceptics want as proof. However, that does not really cause us any concern, as those in doubt must find their own truth. But you may nevertheless wonder why your authorities still stick their heads in the sand. It is Dear Ones, the prospect of having to answer for all of the lies that have been told, and their ultimate admission that they have their own Space Craft for many years. Furthermore, they do not want you to know that they have not only had contact with the Grays but have worked with them for almost 80 years, a long time of deception whilst allowing “abductions” and cattle mutilations. The “truth” does not stand very well on their shoulders, and there is also a little matter of bases on the Moon and Mars.
For the dark Ones the truth opens Pandora’s box, and not least of all shows where trillions of dollars of your money have been spent on black operations. We could go further, but suffice to say that there will be no hiding place for those who are the guilty of the biggest criminal acts ever perpetrated against their own people. The dark Ones are losing their power and the Lightworkers are closing in on them. The object is to keep them from delaying the changes that are so near, so that our plan can take off with all speed. As you might realise, immense organisation has gone into it, and our allies have been taking up their positions for quite some time. Each project is a massive undertaking, but with our advanced technologies we can progress even the tiniest detail. When we give the signal to go ahead, it will work like a military campaign and it will overwhelm any opposition. As you may guess, matters will proceed much better when the right people have replaced those in authority who do not truly represent you. Attending to that is high on our list, and about to take top priority.
You are handling the changes so well, and it is helped by your understanding of your involvement and how important you are to us. We want you to see that whatever happens now is all part of the breakdown of the old, and its interface with the new. Indeed so much is new, that little of the old will remain as you know it now. You are to take a great leap forward into the Age of Surprises, giving you all of the advantages that should long ago have lifted you into the New Age. You have heard so much about energy saving devices, and once these are introduced, you will no longer be dependent on the Oil Industries. At a stroke, they will end poor standards of living whilst at the same time massively reducing pollution. In general the basic needs of people will be covered and starvation eradicated. The changes in transportation will take time, and the systems will be unrecognisable to what they are now.
